Melissa Johnson, MA, LMFT
Melissa L. Johnson is a licensed marriage and family therapist, spiritual director, and the founder of Impossible Beauty, a blog and podcast dedicated to redefining beauty as “the life of God at work in us and among us.” Melissa’s writing and podcast interviews seek to uncover what true beauty is, what it is not, and how we go about finding beauty in a broken world. Melissa is also the author of Soul-Deep Beauty: Fighting for our True Worth in a World Demanding Flawless.
lisa diers, RDN, LD, E-RYT
Lisa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher with extensive experience in both disciplines. Over the past 20 + years, she has provided practical, inclusive and trauma sensitive approaches to healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, negative body image, trauma recovery, challenging relationships to movement and exercise, anxiety, depression and stress related symptoms. Lisa works from a non-diet approach.
